We currently ship orders across India. Delivery availability may depend on the serviceability of the customer’s location by our courier partners.

3. Delivery Timeline

Estimated delivery time is usually 5–10 business days from the date of dispatch. Delivery timelines may vary depending on the shipping address, courier service, public holidays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen delays.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be shown at checkout before you complete your order. We may also offer free shipping on selected products, offers, or order values from time to time.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared through email, SMS, or WhatsApp, wherever available. Customers can use the tracking details to check the shipment status.

6. Incorrect Address or Contact Details

Customers are requested to provide complete and accurate shipping details, including name, phone number, address, city, state, and PIN code.

Radha Raman Saree will not be responsible for delays, failed delivery, or return of shipment due to incorrect address, wrong phone number, or customer unavailability.

7. Delayed or Failed Delivery

While we try our best to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to courier issues, remote locations, natural events, public holidays, or other reasons beyond our control.

If the delivery fails after multiple attempts, the order may be returned to us. In such cases, additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipping.

8. Damaged Package

If you receive a damaged or tampered package, please do not accept the delivery. If accepted, please contact us immediately with photos or videos of the package and product.
